This condom is smaller (49mm) and shorter than a standard condom and is produced by the Vegan and Fair Trade brand GLYDE.
The lubricant on the GLYDE Condoms is made of 100% silicone oil and is both paraben and glycerin free. GLYDE condoms are made from high quality all-natural and chemical-free latex.
The big difference between vegan and non-vegan condoms is that most latex condoms contains a milk protein called casein. GLYDE however, uses a certain thistle extract which does exactly the same as the casein. This makes the product somewhat more expensive than standard condoms, but it's the only way to keep the product 100% vegan.
GLYDE condoms and dams are registered with the Vegan Society (Reg.No. #019955) since 2006.
