Pasante Unique is made of a Synthetic resin AT-10. Due to the material and manufacture with the most advance and modern technology the condom is more resistant yet thinner than traditional condoms, giving you an ultra sensitive feeling. Works, and quite thin. Personally, they are a little small in the circumference but that is based on poor calculation on my part. Those who say that it is "posty" etc. have probably bought something that does not fit them. Easy to use after you understand it, and fits well. Again a little small in the circumference but probably because I need to go up a size. Orr surprisingly good
